Dr. Pirigyi quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem, developed an individualized treatment plan based on my biomechanics and spent real intention and care on helping me feel better and perform at my highest capacity. Cannot recommend the team at Carolina Pain and Performance highly enough.

I highly recommend Carolina Pain and Performance! Dr. Pyrigyi and Dr. Buck are excellent at what they do. Within just the first couple sessions, I have already had a huge decrease in my pain. Using therapies such as Needling, ART and DNS (Active Release Theray and Dynamic Nueromuscular Stabilization) have been very beneficial to my path to be pain free. You will not regret the services you receive here. Nothing less than 5 Stars!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Buck for several months for post-surgical nerve pain and back pain. I’ve had an excellent experience and can’t recommend him enough. He’s thorough, kind, and super knowledgeable. Also, Nichole takes care of the front desk and she is very helpful. I’m so thankful to have found this practice!

Great practice. So far I’ve only worked with Dr Buck, but I hear great things about Dr Pirigyi as well. I went in for a hip injury on the recommendation of a couple of friends, and then find out that 5-10 more of my friends have been treated here, all with great things to say.
